Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ZAIDIEU LLC ("Miremi", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Miremi AI website and services at miremiai.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Summary: We collect the information needed to run your account, generate your ad creatives, take payment, and keep the Service secure. We use trusted providers (for AI generation, hosting, and payments) to do this. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content to train our own AI models.
1. Who is responsible for your data
ZAIDIEU LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, is the controller of personal information processed through the Service. Contact us at zaidieu@miremiai.com.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information: such as your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register or log in.
- Content you upload or create: product images, brand names, product descriptions, logos, links, prompts, reference materials, and the creatives generated for you.
- Billing information: when you buy a plan or credits, our payment processor collects your payment details. All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not directly collect, process, or store your full credit card number on our servers; we receive only limited billing data such as the last four digits of your card, card brand, billing country, and transaction status.
- Communications: messages you send us, including support requests.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: actions you take in the Service, features used, credits consumed, and boards generated.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and error logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 6.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
- To provide the Service, including sending your uploads and prompts to AI providers so that Outputs can be generated and returned to you.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and prevent fraud.
- To operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, transactions, security, and updates, and, where permitted, about features and offers.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal information on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have signed up for and to process your payments.
- Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service and to prevent fraud and abuse, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligations — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
- Consent — where we rely on it, for example for certain marketing communications or non-essential cookies; you can withdraw consent at any time.
5. AI processing, providers, and model training
To generate creatives, we send your uploads and prompts to third-party AI providers who process them on our behalf, including image and language model providers such as fal.ai and OpenAI. Third-party AI providers process User Content subject to the terms and data-processing arrangements applicable to our use of their services.
Miremi does not operate its own general-purpose AI models and does not use your User Content, uploads, prompts, or Outputs to train any AI model of our own. We do not control, and do not represent on behalf of, third-party providers whether they may use data submitted through their APIs; we rely on the data-processing terms those providers offer for API usage.
Other sub-processors that help us run the Service include cloud infrastructure and database providers (for example, Supabase and Cloudflare) for hosting and delivery, and payment processors (for example, Stripe) for billing. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries and are permitted to use it only to provide services to us.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in, remember basic preferences, and protect against fraud and abuse. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will identify them by category and, where required by law, ask for your consent before setting them. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without essential cookies.
7. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with the sub-processors described above;
- when required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property or that of others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will seek to ensure the recipient honors this Policy;
- with your consent or at your direction.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention criteria depend on account status, contractual necessity, legal and tax requirements, security needs, and backup cycles. In general:
- Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Uploaded and generated content is kept to provide the Service and can be deleted on request, subject to the limits below.
- Transaction and tax records are kept as required by applicable law (which may be several years).
- Security and log data is kept for a limited period for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
- Backups are kept on a rolling basis and are overwritten over time; deleted data may persist in backups until those cycles complete.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed passwords, and we rely on PCI-DSS compliant processors for payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your account credentials and notify us of any suspected compromise.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. Residents of the EEA/UK (under GDPR) and of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) have specific rights, including, for California residents, the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email zaidieu@miremiai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. International transfers
We and our providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
